On September 20th, we filed for election to join The Pharmacy Guild! The next step will be to VOTE YES in an NLRB-run election on Wednesday, October 23rd.
 
This is our union for all pharmacists, technicians, and operations professionals at CVS Specialty Pharmacy in Redlands!
 
Through The Pharmacy Guild, we as pharmacists, technicians, and operations professionals have a unified voice and a legally enforceable process to fight for and win:
 
  • Respect for our professional practice
  • Safe patient care prioritized over numbers and metrics
  • Improved compensation, benefits, time off, and more
The vote will take place in the downstairs conference room at CVS Specialty in Redlands on October 23 during these voting hours:
8am – 10am, 1pm – 3pm, 5pm – 7pm.
 
Who can vote? All full-time and regular part-time Pharmacists, Pharmacists Front-End, and Pharmacist Back-End, All full-time and regular part-time CDR I, Materials; CDR II, Materials; CDR III, Materials; Senior CDR; Operations Assistant I; Operations Assistant II; Operations Assistant III; Technician Front End; Technician I Front End; Technician II Front End; Technician III Front End; Technician I Back End; Technician II Back End; and Technician III Back End
