The Pharmacy Guild Union at CVS Specialty in Redlands, California is made up of pharmacy technicians and operations assistants who voted to unionize in October of 2024. Since then, members have nominated and formed a bargaining team, which is actively negotiating with CVS executives about working conditions, benefits, and pay.
