Negotiations will kick off soon!
BARGAINING GOALS:
1. Increased protections and standards for improved patient care.
We must focus on quality patient care rather than metrics and raw numbers. We also need better and more training, more equipment and space to do our jobs and care for patients safely. There must be a Pharmacy Practice council that will meet with management to negotiate improvements to workflow and patient care
2. Fair and Transparent Wage System that includes annual increases and rewards experience.
In order to retain skilled and experienced technicians and packers we want increased compensation and benefits that are predictable and stable.
3. Dignity and Respect
We want to eliminate favoritism and ensure that we are treated fairly and with dignity. Such treatment includes just cause protections.
We are standing together in strong unity to show CVS that we are in solidarity with each other about reaching a fair contract that fully addresses these priorities.
