Pharmacy professionals at CVS Omnicare Las Vegas have filed to unionize, becoming the first in the nation to join what labor organizers say is an effort to transform the industry.
The Pharmacy Guild, a union focused on representing pharmacy professionals, says the goal is to secure safe staffing levels amid shortages reported across major retail pharmacies.
