The Pharmacy Guild Union at CVS Omnicare in Las Vegas, Nevada is made up of Pharmacists, Omnicell Technicians, Back End Technicians, IV Technicians, and Order Entry Technicians who voted to unionize their workplace for better patient care in April of 2024. After winning their vote, members nominated a Bargaining Committee, which started negotiations in September of 2024. The Bargaining Committee meets regularly with CVS executives to negotiate about working conditions, benefits, and pay.
